Registration, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Reservation of Spot
A participant’s spot in any Forge session is not secured until either:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is paid, or
The full registration amount is paid
Forge sessions are limited in capacity and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment Terms
If a deposit is selected, the remaining balance is due no later than 45 days prior to the session start date
If the remaining balance is not paid by this deadline, Forge reserves the right to release the participant’s spotwithout refund of the deposit
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of Forge and the significant upfront costs associated with each session (lodging, staffing, food, logistics), the following policy applies:
• More than 90 days before the session:
Payments may be transferred to a future Forge session within 12 months (no refunds)
• Between 45–90 days before the session:
50% of total registration is non-refundable. The remaining balance may be transferred to a future session within 12 months
• Within 45 days of the session:
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
Participant Replacement Option
If a participant can no longer attend, they may transfer their spot to another qualified individual:
Replacement must be approved by Forge
All payment arrangements are handled directly between the original participant and the replacement
Forge must be notified at least 7 days prior to the session
Emergency Consideration
We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur. In cases of serious injury, medical emergency, or family emergency, Forge may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time transfer to a future session.
Acknowledgment
By completing registration, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and understand the commitment required to participate in Forge.
